2. The accommodation shall be used only for residential purposes.
3. Unauthorized subletting or sharing of accommodation is prohibited.

2. Providing false information may result in cancellation of booking and denial of accommodation.
1. Guest information may be collected, stored, and processed for booking, verification, and legal compliance purposes.
2. Corporate Hostel Pvt. Ltd. shall take reasonable measures to protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
Corporate Hostel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or utility failures.
1. Corporate Hostel Pvt. Ltd. acts as a booking and facilitation platform connecting guests with hostel/PG owners.
2. The company shall not be responsible for property management, service quality, disputes, or losses arising from the stay.
3. Any disputes regarding accommodation services shall primarily be resolved between the guest and the property owner.
The property owner may terminate accommodation and require the guest to vacate immediately in cases of:
Violation of hostel/PG rules.
Illegal or disruptive behavior.
Non-payment of dues.
Submission of false information.
1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
2. Any disputes arising from bookings made through the Corporate Hostel Portal shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
By proceeding with the booking, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of the selected hostel/PG property by clicking on AGREED Button as signed.
1. The Property Owner shall provide accurate and complete information regarding the property, facilities, room inventory, pricing, photographs, and legal ownership.
2. The Property Owner confirms that all necessary licenses, permissions, and statutory approvals required for operating the hostel are valid and up to date.
3. Corporate Hostel Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any property listing at its sole discretion.
1. The Property Owner shall maintain clean, safe, and habitable accommodation for guests.
2. The Property Owner shall ensure uninterrupted availability of basic amenities including water, electricity, sanitation, and security.
3. Any major changes in facilities, room inventory, or property condition must be updated on the portal immediately.
1. All confirmed bookings received through the portal shall be honored by the Property Owner.
2. Double bookings, unauthorized cancellations, or refusal of accommodation to confirmed guests may result in penalties or suspension.
3. The Property Owner shall maintain accurate room availability and occupancy records.

2. Corporate Hostel Pvt. Ltd. may charge a commission, service fee, subscription fee, or booking fee as specified in the commercial agreement.
3. Payments shall be settled to the Property Owner after deduction of applicable commissions, taxes, and charges.
4. All applicable taxes shall be the responsibility of the Property Owner unless otherwise agreed.

1. The Property Owner shall comply with all local laws relating to guest registration and verification.
2. Valid government-issued identification shall be collected from guests wherever required.
3. The Property Owner shall maintain guest records as per applicable regulations.
1. The Property Owner shall be solely responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the property.
2. Corporate Hostel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for property damage, theft, accidents, injuries, or disputes occurring at the hostel premises.
3. The Property Owner shall indemnify Corporate Hostel Pvt. Ltd. against any claims arising from the operation of the property.
1. Guests may submit reviews and ratings through the portal.
2. Corporate Hostel Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to publish, edit, or remove reviews in accordance with its policies.
3. Repeated poor ratings may lead to suspension or removal of the property listing.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or technical failures.
